$1 2017 Year of the Rooster Al/Bronze UNC
To celebrate the Year of the Rooster dated 2017 the Royal Australian Mint is continuing the Lunar Series which started in 2007 with the Pig struck in al/bronze silver and gold then in 2012 with a 14 sided 50 cent coin. This year the mint has released 7 different coins struck in various sizes denominations and metals.
Packaged in a red envelope and encapsulated on a gold card this aluminium bronze $1 coin features an artistic representation of a rooster rested on a branch surrounded by the original Lunar Series design elements.

Shipping charges for Australia is a flat fee of $8.50, except heavy items such as coin rolls, books, accessories and large quantities of coins and banknotes which will be charged at current Australia Post charges. We will advise you of these costs before shipping.
