Pricing
All prices shown are in $AUD (Australian Dollars), inclusive of G.S.T (Goods and Services Tax) and are correct at the time of issue and subject to change without notice. Wynyard Coin Centre are not responsible for any international custom duties, taxes, import charges or fees payable. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, please check with your countries authorities and ascertain any restrictions or charges that may apply prior to purchasing goods. Items will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
Payment must be received in full within seven (7) days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders not paid within this timeframe may be cancelled without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment.
Purchase

All items shown are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. Wynyard Coin Centre reserves the right to refuse or reduce supply of any item to any person(s) or destination(s) including but not limited to the following reasons:
- Unavailable/limited supply products
- A product, its description, price or image listed in error
- Order supply exposes Wynyard Coin Centre to any risk
- An order/s breaches purchase/product limits
- Orders placed with malicious intent
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions
- Prior transaction history
In such cases, a full refund will be issued where payment has been received.
Wynyard Coin Centre makes every effort to ensure all information, product descriptions, prices and images listed on this website are correct. In the event an error is identified, Wynyard Coin Centre will make corrections and notify you at the earliest convenience should your order be affected.
Wynyard Coin Centre may request identification or further information from customers purchasing any item prior to dispatch as a security against fraudulent transactions. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if verification is not provided.
Any person under the age of 18, will require parental consent to order items on this website.
Product Purchase Limits
Due to small availability and high demand, Wynyard Coin Centre occasionally limits the quantity an individual customer and/or household may purchase so that all collectors may have the opportunity to purchase popular products.
To identify an individual customer and/or household, we will consider a number of factors, including but not limited to whether the orders are:
- Purchased using the same credit card
- Purchased using the same PayPal account
- Purchased using the same email address
- Shipped to the same address
- Placed with the same billing address
- Purchased using the same phone number
- Placed from the same IP and/or mobile device
In the event multiple orders are identified or limits are broken, Wynyard Coin Centre will cancel all associated orders and re-offer the purchased products online. In such cases, a full refund will be issued where payment has been received.
Customer Accounts
Customer accounts are limited to one per customer.
Where Wynyard Coin Centre has reasonable grounds to believe a customer has more than one account in breach of this limit, Wynyard Coin Centre will deactivate the duplicate account/s and cancel orders placed using the duplicate account/s.
Cancelled orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, prior transaction history, pricing errors, or breach of purchase limits.
Wynyard Coin Centre is not liable for, and will not enter into discussion regarding, any risk or loss incurred by the customer as a result of or arising from the cancellation of orders by Wynyard Coin Centre due to the customer breaching any of the Wynyard Coin Centre website Terms and Conditions.
Delivery
Wynyard Coin Centre will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery within Australia and 4-6 weeks overseas.
Wynyard Coin Centre requires full payment with order, plus all shipping/postage charges before we dispatch any goods.
All shipping/postage (including insurance) costs are subject to change without notice.
*Shipping charges for Australia is a flat fee of $9.95, except EQL launches, heavy items such as coin rolls, books, accessories and large quantities of coins and banknotes which will be charged at current Australia Post charges. We will advise you of these costs before shipping.
EQL Launches/New Releases. The regular Flat fee ($9.95) does not apply to EQL Launches. Shipping charges for EQL new releases will differ and this rate will be advised at the time of entry.
Free Shipping: On orders $350.00 and over made in one transaction for delivery within Australia only.
Free Express Upgrade: Domestic Australian orders over the value of $1000 will automatically upgrade to Express Post at no additional expense.
Overseas shipping charges as follows; orders up to 1kg;
- New Zealand - $25.00
- South Pacific - $30.00
- Asia - $35.00
- North & South America - $40.00
- Europe - $45.00
International orders over 1 kilogram, please contact us for shipping and insurance charges.
Delivery Re-Direction
Wynyard Coin Centre will not be liable for any lost or damaged orders sent via Australia Post where a customer then instructs Australia Post to re-direct their order to another address, post office box, parcel locker or elects to ‘safe drop’ their parcel.
Returned / Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or being held unclaimed by Australia Post, the customer will be responsible for all additional postage and handling costs required to resend the order.
We will contact you upon return of the parcel to arrange re-delivery. If re-delivery payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued less all postage costs incurred and any applicable fees.
Wynyard Coin Centre is not liable for any loss or damage occurring while a parcel is returned to us under these circumstances.
U.S. Import Duty/Tariff
1. Import Duty & Tariff for U.S. Deliveries
For orders delivered into the United States, you (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or customs charges imposed by U.S. authorities. Under current U.S. policy, certain goods valued up to USD 800 may still require payment of duty or processing fees before entry.
2. Calculation & Notification
Wynyard Coin Centre will calculate any additional charges applicable under U.S. tariff rules. These charges generally include 10% of the goods’ value plus AUD $1.69 on goods valued up to USD 800. We will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm the exact amount payable.
3. Payment Requirement
Shipments to the U.S. will only be dispatched once full payment of the additional duty/tariff charge has been received.
4. Variation & Customer Responsibility
- The charge is collected solely to cover U.S. duty/tariff and related handling costs.
- If U.S. regulations change or your shipment is exempt, we reserve the right to adjust or remove the charge.
- This charge does not preclude the possibility of additional assessments by U.S. Customs after arrival, which remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Authenticity
All coins, banknotes and tokens are completely guaranteed for title and authenticity.
All items are graded and described to the best of our ability using accepted industry standards. Grading is subjective and reasonable differences of opinion do not constitute a fault.
Returns/Refund/Cancellations
Any missing item, return or refund request must be put by email to sales@wynyardcoins.com.au within no more than seven (7) days of receipt.
Damaged Faulty. Wynyard Coin Centre will attempt to exchange (if available) or provide a refund for any items delivered damaged, faulty or unsatisfactory when returned in original, undamaged condition with all product components as supplied within seven (7) days of receipt.
Change of Mind. Cancelled items/orders for customer change of mind will be refunded less postage charges, merchant fees (PayPal 2.6%, VISA/Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay 1.6% + $0.30 or current equivalent rates) associated with accepting the original payment, and a 20% restocking fee to cover reasonable administrative and handling costs.
Prior to Dispatch: Requests to cancel an order must be made within seven (7) days of purchase.
After Dispatch / Delivery: Change of mind return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receipt. Approved returns must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of approval.
Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and components as supplied.

Images that appear on this website may be considered appropriate representations of actual products. At times, images may display serial or certificate numbers which may not be available or supplied. Packaging, toning, and minor variations may occur and do not constitute a fault.
